These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zorawar.co (the "Website") and any pre-order you place through it. The Website is operated by The Zorawar Company, Srinagar, J&K - IN ("Zorawar", "we", "us"). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. About the Website and our product
The Website presents The Potent, our shilajit elixir, and lets you pre-order it, contact us and enquire about partnerships. Product descriptions, images and videos are for general information and illustration; the pack you receive may vary slightly in appearance.
2. Pre-orders
- A pre-order is a request to reserve product from our first batch. It is not a completed sale until we confirm it with you, normally by phone, and agree the price, delivery details and payment with you.
- We will call you to confirm your pre-order. Please give a phone number and address that are correct and reachable.
- We may decline or cancel a pre-order, for example if stock is limited, we cannot deliver to your address, or the details provided are incomplete or appear incorrect. If we cancel, you will not be charged, or will be refunded in full if you already paid.
- You choose a ritual plan (for example 7 days, 12 days, 30 days, 6 months or 1 year). We confirm the final quantity and plan details when we call. The 30 day, 6 month and 1 year plans are subscriptions, supplied as described on the pre-order form; the 6, 12 and 30 day plans are paid upfront and the 6 month and 1 year plans can be paid quarterly. We confirm the delivery schedule, payment method and cancellation arrangements with you when we call.
3. Prices and payment
The price of The Potent has not yet been announced. We will tell you the final price in Indian Rupees, together with any applicable taxes and delivery charges, before you are asked to pay. No payment is taken through the Website at this time. If we introduce online payment, payments will be handled by a secure third-party provider and these Terms will apply to those payments too.
4. Using the Website
You agree not to misuse the Website. In particular you must not: submit false or misleading information; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or our systems; interfere with its operation; send spam or malicious code; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including the Zorawar name, logo, label artwork, lettering, text, images, videos and design, belongs to The Zorawar Company or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use it commercially without our written permission.
6. Health information
Information on the Website is not medical advice. Please read our Health Disclaimer. Consult a qualified health professional before using any wellness product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or take medication.
7. Partnerships
Enquiries made through the Partnerships page are not offers or contracts. Any distribution or supply arrangement is made only through a separate written agreement between you and us.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Zorawar Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website, and our total liability in connection with any pre-order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Third-party links and services
The Website may link to or rely on third-party services (for example fonts, couriers or payment providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law, the courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter.

We may change these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown above. Please check this page occasionally.
